Shipping and Returns
Ordering
All sales are final due to the fact that as each order is placed through our store, an order is simultaneously placed through our custom print fulfilment service, Printful.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, images and sizes of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate and customers should note that sizing may vary.
Once you have completed the order, unfortunately, it is not possible to edit or cancel your order. If you do need to change certain parameters, for example, an address please contact us at info@rebelnews.com. We are not bound to make such modifications to your order, but we will do our best on a case-by-case basis.
Lost or Damaged Items
Printful will review replacement/return requests if a product is either damaged or if there is a print error and it is subject to their discretion.
If an item arrives to you damaged, please send us an email at info@rebelnews.com and we will do our best to assist in the matter.
It is the customer’s responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if the carrier tracking indicates that the product(s) was delivered. In this case, Printful will not make any refunds.
Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders of $100+ for Canadian and US customers - orders under $100 and international orders are subject to a small shipping fee. We also occasionally run free shipping promos so make sure to subscribe to our Rebel News Store emails to get notified about the sales!
Due to the fact that we use Printful, a custom print fulfillment service, we cannot guarantee shipping times. Please see Printful average shipping times for reference: https://www.printful.com/shipping
Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if it is damaged or doesn’t work. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Customers are responsible for providing a full and accurate shipping address at checkout to ensure successful delivery. If items are returned to sender or deemed undeliverable due to missing or inaccurate information, the customer is responsible for any additional charges incurred for restocking and/or reshipment.
If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as no guarantees can be made that your returned item will be received.
Customs Duties & Taxes
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. You (the customer) are responsible for these fees.
